We at AssetMetrix are committed to conducting our business with a high degree of integrity and in accordance with all applicable laws. However, all organisations face the risk of things going wrong, or of unknowingly harbouring illegal or unethical conduct. Therefore, we foster a speak-up culture and accountability as this is essential to prevent such situations from occurring and to address them when they do occur.

To ensure that all feel encouraged to speak up, we have set up various internal reporting options to ensure confidentiality and privacy when reporting concern. If you would like to submit a report about concern, please use the Whistleblowing Channel below.

Before submitting the report, please read the following information:

This AssetMetrix Internal Reporting Channel is a tool through which all (former) employees and business partners can report (suspected) business misconduct or violation of law as well as (suspected) violation of internal company policies, rules and obligations (hereinafter "Concerns"). This includes, for example, the reporting of Concerns in connection with AssetMetrix' business activities regarding (i.) criminal acts or offences, (ii.) violations of German and EU law in the areas of product safety, environmental protection, shareholders' rights, auditing, discrimination, harassment etc. AssetMetrix takes the reports of Concerns made through this site seriously.

Do not intentionally include false or misleading information in your report. The intentional reporting of false or misleading information can result in civil or criminal liability.

This Whistleblowing Channel should not be used for complaints relating to personal circumstances such as promotion, personnel evaluation etc. In those cases, you should talk to HR/Legal or your manager.

We encourage openness and foster a speak-up culture

AssetMetrix will not threaten or retaliate against whistleblowers acting in good faith in any way. Therefore, we will investigate any Concern who raises genuine Concern, even if they turn out to be mistaken. Accordingly, whistleblowers will not suffer any retaliation, or detrimental treatment as a result of raising a genuine Concern. If you believe that you have suffered any treatment of such, you should inform HR, Legal & Compliance immediately. However, if we conclude that false allegations were reported maliciously, the person reporting may be subject to disciplinary action or other legal consequences in accordance with applicable law.

We respect your privacy and handle reporting of concerns with the utmost diligence and discretion.

AssetMetrix ensures that any information provided in the context of the report will be treated with the highest confidentiality, and it will be used only for investigation purposes. Accordingly, any personal data of all involved individuals will be protected and processed according to the GDPR’s requirements.
